I suggest you now to try and make more of these, try drawing one by one all the sailors (i don't know their group name sorry) and little by little you should improve without too much problems.
I suggest you to choose an image that you like and try drawing that, even if it's not a lineart good like this one it will help you improve, you have potential just keep drawing !
